Pitztal’s ski resorts – skiing where winter lives

In Pitztal, you can ski on natural snow on the highest glacier in Tyrol. On an area of 120 hectares with 40 ski runs, winter sports become a real treat. The Pitztaler Gletscherbahn glacier cable car takes you up to an altitude of 3,440 metres above sea level.

At Pitztal’s ski resorts, you will find ski runs in the difficulty levels blue, red and black – so there are plenty of options for skiers and snowboarders of every skill level.

By the way: Pitztal Glacier is also a highlight for cross-country skiers. At an altitude of 2,690 metres, there is a seven-kilometre high-altitude trail where you can enjoy a unique cross-country skiing experience on the so-called “roof of Tyrol”.
