Derby Sport auf der Bettmeralp! Trotz vielen Leuten sehr effizient, vorbereitet und freundlich. Zusätzlich ist zu erwähnen, dass sie unglaublich flexibel sind. Ski's von Sonntag bis Mittwoch bei uns gehabt. 2 Tage benutzt und auch ohne Beweis nur 2 Tage bezahlt! Alles andere als selbstverständlich.

It was great to be able to rent our equipment for the two weeks (1st week in Lech and the 2nd in St Anton), and return it at a different location. My skis had become slightly less sharp after 10 days, and they were not providing as much grip on icy runs anymore. Intersport happily swapped them for a just serviced set. Michael (Lech - Schlosskopf) was also very helpful when my skis were mistakenly taken by someone else.

Am ersten Tag hatte ich zu weiche Skistiefel und einen dazu nicht passenden "aggressiven Männerski" erhalten, ich bin weiblich und 73 Jahre alt. Am Abend habe ich dann die Ausrüstung für die kommenden Tage gewechselt, festerer Skischuh und für mich deutlich besserer Ski und war damit sehr zufrieden. Bei unsicherer Wetterlage würde ich mir ein Ausleihsystem wünschen, bei dem auch mehrere Tage mit Unterbrechungen günstiger sind als direkt aufeinanderfolgende Ausleihtage.

Staff ein wenig genervt und unfreundlich wenn Sie kunden bedienen müssen. Haben über das Anbringen der Bindungen auf dem Snowboard gemekert, da das online Formular nicht nach der Schuhgrösse fragt und somit die Bindung nicht vorher angebracht werden konnte. Falsche Informationen bezüglich abhol und Rückgabefrist wurden mitgeteilt. Online steht man kann das gemietete Material denn Tag zuvor nach 16 Uhr abholen und ein Tag später bis spätestens 10 Uhr abgeben. Im Laden wurde mir mitgeteilt das das Bord spätestens bis 17:30 am letzten Miettag wieder zurückgebracht werden muss, dementsprechend bestanden einige Unklarheiten mit der Buchung.

Mussten am Anfang die Skis ein bisschen suchen im Laden, waren aber schon säuberlicht parat. Kein Problem und alle sehr nett, keine Wartezeiten, obwohl viel Betrieb war. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Danke.

Bei der Online-Reservation würde ich es sehr schätzen, wenn ein Bemerkungsfeld vorhanden wäre. So könnte der Wunsch nach speziellen Ausrüstungsgegenständen (z.B. Schuhmodell wegen empfindlichen Füssen), Bindungseinstellungen etc.) festgehalten werden. Natürlich ohne Gewähr, dass den Wünschen in jedem Fall entsprochen werden kann. Oder gar die Option die Reservation vorgängig mit einer ortskundigen Fachperson besprechen zu können.
