Thank you for the great service from Simon, Moodie and Luckie and the gentleman who helped us on the last day, apologies for incorrect spelling and for forgetting the ladt guys name. We were welcomed with friendliness and warmth. The guys didn't let us leave until they were sure the ski boots fitted correctly. We were most impressed with getting a refund when returning equipment early. We really didn't expect that, thank you. All round service excellence.

We rented four pairs of superior skis and received good advice for our four different standards of skiing. All of us had a great experience thanks to the staff in the rental store

Mario was fantastic with us when renting nordic skis and show shows the first day. (8/1) He was also quick with the ski boots the second day.(9/1) However, the waiting time for the skis that day was huge!! It was not OK to have only 2 people for skis when there were 10 people waiting for skis and payment. It is often crowded from 9 to 10 am, so more crew was needed.

We’ve been renting ski equipment from the shop in St Anton for many years and have no hesitation in recommending it. The staff are super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond with the level of customer service they provide, suggesting and swapping out equipment when the need arises. Special mention to Simon who is exemplary. He always makes you feel welcome and valued as a customer. Looking forward to seeing him and the rest of the team on our next trip!
