Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Fahrradhänger dazu gebucht, der jedoch an ein privates Fahrrad montiert werden sollte. Hier wurden wir, kulanter Weise, sehr gut bei der Montage unterstützt und erhielten wertvolle Tipps für unseren Trip. Auch die Rückgabe lief einfach und unkompliziert. Wir mieten hier gerne wieder.
