Da an diesem Tag viele Menschen Skier leihen wollten, war es hektisch. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich aber viel Mühe gegeben, um eine schnelle Abwicklung zu gewährleisten. Ich hatte neue Skier, die sehr gut waren und bin sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

Ausrüstung habe ich an der Eisgrat-Station am Gletscher gemietet. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich in Fulpmes zurückkehren. Leider sind die Zentren nicht miteinander verbunden und ich musste zurück zum Eisberg.

The Waiting time was a bit too Long. There were only 5 customers in the shop when i went to rent ski boots and ski, and it still took 45 minutes. The service was good and the personel were friendly, but I would have liked to spend less time waiting and more time skiing.

Der Verleihprozess verlief sehr schnell und das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Preis-Leistung war in meinem Fall gut. Ich habe einen Helm in einem Store ausgeliehen und im selben Ort in einem anderen Store abgegeben. Finde diese Praktikabilität stark! All in all super Service.

ich war nicht nur begeistert von der Qualität von Ski und Schuhen, sondern vom „globalen“ service. global weil ausgeliehen hatte ich alles im Gamsgarten, nachdem die Gondel nicht funktionierte bekam ich an der Bergstation Eisgrat eine komplette Ersatzausstattung, die ich letztlich im Laden der Talstation Eisgrat zurück gab. überall war der service ultraschnell und perfekt. vielen Dank
