The friendliest professional staff you could expect. Very patient and nothing was too much trouble. I needed to change my boots, this was done with no fuss and was perfect. We also hired sledges and got lots of helpful advice and information. The shop is in the most perfect spot near the cable and train, and offered modern warm storage. Would def use again
