Obwohl ich meine Körpergrösse angegeben hatte, wurde mir ein viel zu grosses u schweres Snowboard gegeben. Auch die Bindung war zu gross. Das Umtauschen des Bretts und wechseln der Bindung hat aber super geklappt. Anschliessend war ich sehr zufrieden.

The staff wasn't very friendly, they wanted to rush and didn't dedicate a lot of time to choose skis, specially if you are getting the premium option. My boots were VERY painful, as the boot was a testing they told me, and the liner was very thin. I went down to change them but they told me they didn't have any more, so I had to ski for a few days with a lot of pain. Lesson, I will definitely bring my own equipment next time

Qualität der Ski und Skischuhe war gut. Leider stand ich oben auf der Piste und der Schuh passte nicht in die Bindung. Dankenswerterweise wurde ich direkt oben bei Intersport beraten und bekam die Schuhe ausgetauscht. Guter Service! Das Geschäft am Terminal Grindelwald war völlig überlaufen von Kundschaft, keine Chance einen Mitarbeiter anzusprechen. Ich war einfach froh, als wir wieder draussen waren. Wäre weniger los gewesen, wäre mir das auch direkt aufgefallen, dass der Schuh nicht in die Bindung passt. .
