I rented my equipment online and picked it up at Patscherkofel in Innsbruck. When I walked into the shop everything was ready for me. A staff member (Australian not Austrian) had picked all of my gear the night before and labeled it. Everything fit! This was the slickest ski and boot rental I have ever experienced. The aforementioned staff member from Australia also gave me some great tips on where to ski which proved invaluable.
