Ganz toll! Bin das erste Mal mit einem e-Mountainbike gefahren, hab alles super erklärt bekommen und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausflug zum Formarinsee! Bestens! :)

Ich habe leider den Namen des Herrn vergessen, der mich beraten hat (Glatze, ich glaube Tattoo am Arm, englischsprachiger? Akzent), aber selten so einen tollen Kundenservice erlebt! Nett, aufgeschlossen, hat Ahnung und sich sehr viel Zeit genommen - Danke nochmal!

Cannot fault the service I received. The team in the shop provided me with excellent ski equipment to match my level of skiing. They listened carefully to my requests and also gave me good advice when I was buying some ski clothing. What I really appreciated was that the service was very personable , and staff willingly gave time, and made time , for the customers.
