As always, great and helpful service! Have used many branches of Intersport over the years, was suitably impressed by this branch and the staff. Being located within our hotel was a bonus, equipment selection was excellent and met the needs of our little group perfectly. Also want to thank Tim for his help, and the whole staff for their understanding and patience when one pair of our boots went missing from the boot room (they did turn up later) and another pair was lent to avoid missing what turned out to be a fantastic blue-sky powder day - thank you again. Look forward to coming back to Grindelwald soon !!

Kompetent waren die Mitarbeiter aber freundlich eher nicht. Es kam mir vor als wäre es ein Chaos und der Mitarbeiter hat mich auch nicht immer zuerst drangenommen an der Reihe und hat mich auch warten gelassen, obwohl ich auch dran wäre. Zweitens, habe ich gefragt ob ich meine Schuhe hier lassen darf, da ich jetzt raufgehe und Skifahren werde, da ich meine Schuhe ansonsten sehr sehr weit weg zum Auto bringen muss. So meinte dieser auch nein, obwohl man tatsächlich auch könnte und ich das auch gesehen habe bzw. gesehen habe. Nur war es bei einen anderen Mitarbeiter welches akzeptiert hat. Deswegen nein, nie wieder, jedoch ja für die Qualität und das Wissen.
