Der Service war freundlich und ohne Beanstandungen. Ein Tausch der Skistiefel nach 2 Tagen war problemlos möglich.

Some personal where very passionate about their hobby/work and resulted in a very honest and good service. Others where not that pleasent. Not rude but definatly not nice. When you ask for wifi when there is no connection in the shop for the payment, you open up your wifi and there is “intersport_guest” and they answer with no we do not have wifi for our customers. Which is not needed but all by all resulted in a not so nice expieriance. Im not breaking down your shop or saying it was a disaster. They were good ski’s but the good ski’s depended on the attitude of the salesmen, wheter they have a good day or not…….
