I paid an extra €4 so that I could have helmet, lock and someone drop off a new bike in case of a puncture. I ended up needing to use this service as I got a puncture near Cartel lake, and they were with me in 20 minutes with a new bike. Great service. Cannot fault.

First time e-mountain biking with the family. It was great fun. From the shop, the nearby Verwallsee is easily reachable by bike (also for kids) and definitely worth a visit. Also, along the way there is a nice stop for eat/drinks (Wagner Hütte). I hope the community and businesses recover quickly from the recent floods. Sending strength to everyone involved in rebuilding!
