We had the best experience we’ve ever had at this Intersport in Bettmeralp. The staff members were super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They helped clarify a cancellation of equipment and even helped our daughter to put her boots on (and her boots were not even rented through this shop). We thank you for such a fantastic experience!

The person who served us initially was exceptional. Friendly and patient and the gear we’d hired was all ready and he was happy to help check and change things. A great welcome to the resort.
Another man (perhaps the store manager) seemed stressed at times during the week about storing kit in the store and was a little gruff, but understandable considering how busy they were.

Malgré l’amabilité des personnes sur place, on nous a conseillé des skis trop court, donné des bâtons trop court aussi sans nous expliquer et faire le test du bâton retourné et aussi les fixations ont été mal ajusté en fonction de la taille des bottes et cela a donc impacté un peu l’expérience du ski. We rented skis, boots and helmets for a family of four. I booked online and enjoyed a welcome 10% discount. We had to get everything fitted before the start of ski school and when we arrived a print out with all the details was waiting for us. We were fitted in no time at all. For my daughter and me the boots weren’t quite right so we went back in the afternoon and they were replaced with better fitting ones, no questions asked. Can definitely recommend this Intersport!

Ich habe kürzlich bei Intersport Skier und Zubehör geliehen und bin absolut begeistert von meinem Erlebnis! Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Der gesamte Prozess verlief schnell und reibungslos, was meinen Skiurlaub von Anfang an perfekt machte.
Besonders beeindruckt war ich von dem Verständnis und der Kulanz des Teams. Aufgrund einer Krankheit musste ich die Ausrüstung früher zurückgeben, und ohne zu zögern, wurde mir ein Teil des Geldes zurückerstattet. Dieser erstklassige Service hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen.
Ich kann Intersport wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den herausragenden Service und die großartige Unterstützung!

Ich miete immer im einer Intersport-Filiale und bin immer sehr zufrieden.
Erstaunt war ich, dass ich von einer sehr netten Dame bedient wurde, die nur Englisch gesprochen hatte,
Man erwartet dies im Bernbiet nicht unbedingt - hier gibt es sicher noch Potential nach oben.
Ich hatte jedoch kein Sprachproblem - es gibt aber andere Gäste, die damit ein Problem hätten.
