Bikemiete INTERSPORT Titlis Rent Engelberg

I rented skis (no boots) online and went to pick them up on Saturday morning. Totally appreciate it is a busy day but there was no differentiation between those who had reserved skis online and those who just turned up with no prior booking, so I had to queue for 15 minutes with everyone else. I specifically booked online because at Intersport Flumserberg, on arrival they have already laid your skis/boots out for you in a separate room which makes the process so much quicker, you just need to have your boots fitted. The customer service was good otherwise but I really didn't appreciate having to queue with all customers. What's the point in booking online? Also, the skis I rented were far less superior (even being the essential skis) than at Flumserberg.

Schade, dass man seine Ausrüstung (Skischuhsack, Schuhe) nicht im Shop deponieren kann. Würde einen extremem Mehrwert bieten, vor allem da die Regale vorhanden wären.
